Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, Swimwear and Jewellery. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Policy

1. We ship worldwide.
2. Handling time is 5 business days after receiving clear payment and ring size confirmation (Business days exclude Saturdays/Sundays and Public Holidays) as the product is Made-To-Order and manufactured.
3. Delivery time will be according to the shipping services but it mostly takes around 5-15 working days (which may extend during peak season time).
4. Kindly provide a complete address and contact number for hassle free shipping.
5. ALL RETURN ITEM FEES ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes: D'Sare Fashions are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages: D'Sare Fashions are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
